Prosecutors are charging a 19-year-old Appleton man with stealing two cars and crashing them on the north side of Oshkosh Monday morning.
They say David Mack hit a power pole and a house with a truck in the 600 block of Jackson Street around two in the morning. About four hours later, prosecutors say Mack led officers on a short chase in a stolen SUV starting in the 400 block of Baldwin Avenue. They say he hit another power pole after nearly crashing into several cars.
Mack is facing six charges including second-degree reckless endangerment.
