A 30-year-old Menasha woman is facing a series of charges, after her boyfriend was shot at a duplex earlier this month.
Kristina Kriefall was in Winnebago County court today on charges that included negligent handling of a gun.
Prosecutors say the two were arguing at a home in the 600 block of Broad Street on May 11. They say Kriefall told investigators the gun accidentally went off.
A 42-year-old man was hit in the hip, and his injuries were not life-threatening.
Kriefall waived her right to a preliminary hearing today, and a judge ordered her to stand trial.
