A 21-year-old woman will spend five years and three months in prison for killing a Freedom woman in a crash in October of 2016.
Angelica Munsell of De Pere entered no contest pleas to charges of homicide by drugged driving and marijuana possession.
Prosecutors say Munsell crossed the line on Highway N near Greiner Road south of Freedom. They say she was going almost 80 miles an hour when she hit 46-year-old Sara Wallace head-on.
Munsell will also be on probation for 10 years.
