The redevelopment of the former paper mill site in Kimberly will continue to take shape toward the end of the summer.
Village Administrator Dani Block says construction is expected to start in the coming weeks on apartments along the Fox River. They’ll be just west of the dam.
Block says some homes are already finished in the Papermill Estates portion of the site, near the corner of Main Street and Maes Avenue. She says they also continue to work on building roads and putting in utilities on the site.
