One candidate is officially getting into the race for a state Supreme Court seat next spring.
Lisa Neubauer is the chief judge on the state appeals court. At least three other people are considering whether to get in the race.
Justice Shirley Abrahamson is retiring, so it’s an open seat.
Neubauer was appointed to the appeals court by former Democratic Governor Jim Doyle in 2007.
