U.S.-Russia relations have been fraught for decades, and may be at a new post-Cold War low. Tensions over 2016 election tampering, Russian aggression in Crimea and Ukraine, and fomenting violence in Syria all add to the problems of arms control, balance of power, and espionage.
Sen Ron Johnson (R-WI) visited Moscow to work on these problems ahead of the Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki, and talked with Josh about where the relationship stands. They also talked about the damage done by tariffs, and how he can convince the President to reconsider that policy.
