A 46-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman are facing formal charges for the death of a three-year-old boy in Manitowoc.
Eduardo Gamez and Jamie Schrank were in court this afternoon on counts of child neglect and possessing meth.
Manitowoc police say the two were doing drugs while they were babysitting the boy, and their five-year-old, last Saturday. They say the three-year-old was taken to a hospital with severe injuries.
