A Milwaukee man is going to prison for 15 years after a 22-year-old Oshkosh woman was killed in a fiery crash.
20-year-old Jonathan Vogel was convicted of homicide by drugged driving for a wreck on Highway 26 in Waupun in April of last year. Whitney Domer lost her life. Prosecutors say Vogel had marijuana in his system. They say he was driving Domer from Beaver Dam to Neenah.
Vogel will also spend seven years on probation after he’s released.
