Prosecutors are filing formal charges against two Green Bay men for a series of attacks near the UW-Oshkosh campus.
20-year-old Domonick Strope and 18-year-old Nasir Jackson are both facing three felony counts of substantial battery and one count of felony theft. They were in Winnebago County court Wednesday. Police say four people were hurt in three separate incidents early in the morning of September 8th. They happened east of campus on Lincoln Avenue and Wisconsin Street.
Prosecutors are also charging Strope with 20 counts of felony bail jumping and his bond was set at $100,000. Jackson’s bond is $5,000.
