A 35-year-old Fond du Lac man could be in prison for the rest of his life on charges of selling marijuana to children, and sexually assaulting two of them.
A jury in Fond du Lac County convicted James Rasmussen of 44 counts. Prosecutors say the combined maximum penalty is about 500 years in prison.
They say the police investigation initially focused on marijuana, and then they learned Rasmussen sexually assaulted two of the children.
