Two years after the village of Kimberly bought the former paper mill site about 75 percent of the land is spoken for.
That includes five apartment buildings on the east end that the village board approved last week.
Dani Block is the village administrator. She says the village is ahead of schedule with the overall mill site development. She says the three development agreements they have are exceeding their expectations.
Block says they still have about three acres available just north of the Clubhouse property on Main Street. She says there’s also a small parcel for sale along the Fox River on the east end by Wilson Street. The village is selling lots for single-family homes on the west side of the property as well.
