A jury found a suspended Fox Crossing municipal judge not guilty of stalking.
The jury returned the unanimous verdict on 65-year-old Len Kachinsky today following three days of testimony.
Prosecutors charged him with stalking his court clerk. The state supreme court suspended Kachinsky after his arrest in July.
Kachinsky was the attorney of Brendan Dassey. The then 16-year-old Dassey gave a confession to the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach.
