Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested a suspect in a series of daytime burglaries.
They say 33-year-old Matthew Britton was taken into custody without incident. Investigators say 15 handguns, shotguns, and rifles were taken in the past week. They say there have been 17 firearms stolen in five burglaries over the past two months.
Deputies named Britton as a prime suspect yesterday. They say he also had a warrant for drug paraphernalia.
