A 32-year-old man accused of pretending to be a doctor will be in court for an arraignment on Monday.
Kyle Larsen waived his preliminary hearing yesterday afternoon. Prosecutors say he had an office in a building at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Drew Street. They say he used the fake name Kyle Ellis and gave patients his own prescription drugs.
Larsen is charged with 18 counts including theft by false representation and practicing without a license.
