A Green Bay man is charged with six counts of robberies in the city for a November spree.
Charles Skenendore turns 26 today. Prosecutors say he’s linked to five robberies around the city. They say they also identified him as the suspect in a mugging outside of an Ashwaubenon bowling alley in October.
Investigators say Skenendore confessed to the crimes. They say he did it for drug money and he said he was going through heroin withdrawals.
