A 27-year-old Oshkosh man accused of killing his newborn son waived his preliminary hearing today.
Cory Lyons is facing a first-degree reckless homicide charge. Prosecutors say Lyons admitted to shaking the two-month-old. They say he was watching the infant while the baby’s mother returned to work for the first time since their son’s birth.
Lyons is scheduled to be back in court for an arraignment on January 7th.
