A new housing development is being built in Green Bay.
It’s part of the Rail Yard redevelopment project.
An eight unit condominium building is part of the first phase and should be done by summer of next year.
In total 40 condo units are set to be built.
The new housing development was announced yesterday afternoon during a groundbreaking ceremony.
The condos will be located north of the Titletown Brewing Company along the Fox River
Prices for the condominium units will start around $220,000 and can go up to $410,000.
After the condominium project is finished developers say they’ll be looking into building more housing for all incomes.
