An extension of the CB Trail in Greenville would provide another connection in the Fox Cities area.
Town Administrator Joel Gregozeski says the new segment would start at Highway 96, and run north, to connect with Highway 15. When it’s done, the CB Trail will stretch from Highway 15, south to Winneconne Avenue in Neenah.
Gregozeski says they’re still acquiring land for the trail extension. He says they plan to seek bids on the project early next year, and built it sometime in 2019.
The town received a federal grant to help pay for the project.
