There won’t be any criminal charges filed, connected to the explosion in Sun Prairie that took the life of a firefighter.

Chief Patrick Anhalt says there was a miscommunication on a project to put in fiber optic lines. A subcontractor for the project hit a gas main, and that led to the explosion.
