A company that’s based in Grand Chute is buying a wholesale lighting distributor in Green Bay.
Werner Electric Supply announced the acquisition of US Lamp today.
US Lamp was founded 37 years ago. The company installs lighting systems, including at schools, and on the Ray Nitschke Bridge in Green Bay.
Werner Electric is the largest electrical distributor in the state.
