A professional women’s basketball team is coming to Oshkosh.
There’s a poll to help pick the team’s name on the Menominee Nation Arena’s Facebook page. There aren’t any other details about the team and the league.
There were five options for a team name — the Wisco Glo, Fox Valley Vixens, Oshkosh Fighting Sturgeon, Wisconsin Hops and Oshkosh Bandanas.
The arena is home to the Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G-League team for the Milwaukee Bucks.
