Forty-eight percent think the state should withdraw from a lawsuit challenging the federal health care reform law. Forty-two percent want to continue the suit.
On marijuana, 59 percent say it should be legalized, and 35 percent say no. Fifty-eight percent say it should be fully legalized and regulated like alcohol. Thirty-six percent oppose that.
