The city of Neenah is working with a developer on potential apartments in the downtown.
Community Development Director Chris Haese says T-Wall Enterprises is interested in a four-to-five story building on the west end of the downtown. He says it could have about 80 multi-family apartments on the former site of the Glatfelter mill. He says they’re trying to take advantage of the high population of workers in downtown Neenah, with limited residential areas.
The site is at the corner of Main Street and Millview Drive. A 50-space parking lot for an Ascension clinic would have to be replaced.
