A meteorologist with the National Weather Service says today’s snow is already setting records for this date.
Meteorologist Timm Uhlmann is with the Green Bay office. Today’s record for Appleton and Oshkosh is six inches, and it was 5.4 inches in Green Bay. He says Green Bay was already at four inches at 6 a.m.
Uhlmann says the snow didn’t start falling until after midnight, so the total snowfall from the storm will count toward today’s record.
