A local school district tried to make sure kids were still learning at home yesterday.
Neenah Technology Teacher Austin Moore says they called it a “digital learning day”. He says students have iPads or Chromebooks they can take home to do online assignments.
Moore hopes it’ll make the transition back to school easier. The district is also asking the state to let digital learning days count toward their required annual instruction time. If it’s allowed students and staff wouldn’t have to make up the missed day.
