The DNR is investigating the shooting of a bald eagle in Manitowoc County.
Wardens say private landowners found the bird off Randolph Street in Mishicot, in early December. The eagle died while going through rehab at Wildlife of Wisconsin’s facility in Manitowoc County.
They believe the bird could’ve been feeding at one of the rivers, near Mishicot.
