The three people charged in the death of a seven-year-old boy in Manitowoc County have large bail amounts.
Ethan Hauschultz was killed last April after he was severely beaten.
Prosecutors say his uncle Timothy Hauschultz told his son 15-year-old Damian to punish Ethan for not learning Bible verses.
Manitowoc County Judge Jerilyn Dietz oversaw the bail hearings yesterday. She says Timothy was the one that determined the punishment, and he put Damian in charge of carrying it out.
Prosecutors believe Ethan’s aunt Tina McKeever-Hauschultz knew what was going on.
Damian’s bond is $150,000, Timothy’s is $100,000 and Tina’s is $75,000.
