There’s a lot of change happening in Ashwaubenon with at least seven different construction projects in the works.
Village President Mary Kardoskee wants the village to attract more young people with luxury apartments and community events.
One of the projects in the works is a 78-unit apartment building on Element Way called the Element. There’s also a 50-unit building named the Bohemian as well as the Manseau Flats and Home 2 Suites. Work on a new Brown County Expo Center is in the design phase and Capital Credit Union Park is under construction.
