The owner of a former jewelry store on Appleton’s north side is going to prison for two-and-a-half years on drug charges.
60-year-old Michael Witzke was convicted of selling meth at Knights Jewelry on Wisconsin Avenue. The store is now closed.
Outagamie County prosecutors say informants bought meth at the store’s counter during two sting operations in April of 2016.
