A panel of judges from the state court of appeals is hearing the case of Fox Crossing’s suspended municipal judge.
Len Kachinsky is facing disciplinary charges from the state Judicial Commission. He was accused of stalking his court clerk, and a Winnebago County jury found him not guilty. Kachinsky remains suspended following the verdict.
His hearing is today and tomorrow at the Winnebago County courthouse.
