Telemarketing is still the number one complaint to the state’s consumer protection agency.
Director Michelle Reinen says robocalls and scammers are the biggest issue.
The state is releasing its Top 10 list of complaints from last year. Reinen says landlord-tenant problems ranked second, and they hear about concerns about landlord access and security deposits.
Telecommunications, covering cell phones, Internet, and cable and satellite TV was third. Home improvement was fourth, and medical services fifth.
