A 36-year-old Appleton sex offender is facing new child pornography charges.
A federal grand jury is indicting Brandon Daul with two counts for crimes in 2015 and 2017. Daul spent three years in prison, after he was convicted in Outagamie County in 2011 for possessing child pornography.
If he’s convicted of the new charges, he could spend 15 to 40 years in federal prison.
