Oshkosh officials are releasing the city’s annual business outlook survey.
Chamber of Commerce president and CEO John Casper says they asked businesses how they did in 2018 and how they feel going into this new year. Casper says the survey shows 2018 ended strong. He says 65 percent saw better profits in 2018, and 72 percent saw their payrolls increase.
Casper says employers are bullish on next year. He says 85 percent think sales will outperform 2018 and about 71 percent expect to add people.
