Property owners along the south end of Oregon Street in Oshkosh will get special assessments for work done on the road this year.
City manager Mark Rohloff says potential changes to how Oshkosh funds major street projects won’t eliminate the bill entirely.
The Oshkosh common council is considering a transportation utility fee on all property owners to offset some, but not all special assessments. A final decision on that will likely come later this year.
