How people dressed in summer between 1880 to 1950 is the focus of a new exhibit at the Oshkosh Public Museum.
Spokeswoman Karla Szekeres says “Dressed to Play!” opens Sunday, and they’ll have old photos of local people, featuring the styles of different decades. At one point, she says wool was the prime fashion, even for summertime.
The exhibit also highlights how golf clubs, bikes, and other summer games and toys have changed. It will be on display through May 19th.
