The Polar Plunge is back in Oshkosh tomorrow.
The annual event at Menominee Park raises money for Special Olympics Wisconsin.
Spokesman Tommy Jaime says it’s kind of a big festival with bands and entertainment. He says a lot of people come out to cheer on the polar plungers and check out their crazy costumes.
The plunge starts at noon.
Last year, Jaime says they brought in nearly $400,000 through the Oshkosh event. In all, there are 12 Polar Plunge events around state and they raised a total of more than $1.5 dollars.
