Prosecutors are charging a Neenah man in the deaths of two sisters in a boat crash on Lake Winnebago last summer.
Forty-four-year-old Brian Sullivan is facing two counts of homicide by drunk boating. Twenty-six-year-old Lauren Laabs and 20-year-old Cassandra Labbs of Neenah were killed last August.
Prosecutors say Sullivan’s blood-alcohol level was 0.093, and that’s over the legal limit of 0.08. He was driving the boat that collided with the Laabs family’s boat.
They were about a mile from Paynes Point in the Town of Vinland.
