Governor Evers is thinking about having Wisconsin join a multi-state lawsuit over President Trump’s emergency declaration to build a border wall.
He says it would have to make a difference, and be worth the time and energy.
California filed the lawsuit on Monday, and 15 other states jumped on board.
Evers told reporters he’s talking with other states. He believes the issues involved “certainly takes it over the top, in terms of engaging.”
