A former Oshkosh YMCA worker is pleading not guilty to charges he sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl.
Seventy-five-year-old BT Adams was in Winnebago County court this morning.
Prosecutors say he was caught on surveillance tape having sexual contact with the girl, and kissing her. Adams worked in the child care area, and he also dressed up as Santa Claus.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 5th.
