One of the suspects in a damage spree in the Fox Cities is pleading not guilty.
Eighteen-year-old Kevin Peterson of Appleton was in Outagamie County court this morning.
He’s accused of helping cause the damage at the Fox Cities Champion Center site, and starting fires in elevators at parking ramps in downtown Appleton. Peterson is also charged with damaging a home project in Appleton, and an apartment building construction site in Little Chute.
Seventeen-year-old Brandon Fossum of Appleton is facing charges as well. He’s expected to be back in court next month.
