Prosecutors are charging a Brown County woman with about 20 counts, on accusations she was hoarding dogs at a home.
Thirty-six-year-old Lisa Kraszewski was arrested on Wednesday.
Sheriff’s deputies say they found “deplorable conditions” at her house in the Town of Eaton. They say about 30 dogs were removed from the home, and they found seven dead farm animals on the property.
Two of the counts against Kraszewski are for child neglect, because two children were living in the house.
