Governor Evers will include the federal expansion of Medicaid in his budget, and Outagamie County’s leader wants it to become a reality.

County Executive Tom Nelson joined Citizen Action of Wisconsin this morning to talk about the issue in downtown Appleton. He says the state has missed out on about $1 billion so far.
Nelson thinks there are families living just above the poverty line that need better access to health care.
