Governor Evers is ordering Wisconsin National Guard troops to return from the border in Arizona.
About 110 soldiers and airmen were helping with border security. Former Governor Scott Walker started sending troops there last June.
Evers says he can’t support keeping the soldiers away from their families, without a “clear need or purpose” that would benefit the state or the country.
