A woman from the Clintonville area is going to prison for seven years for a fire that took her brother’s life.
Twenty-eight-year-old Dana Nachtrab pleaded no contest last December to counts of homicide and arson. Her 23-year-old brother, Cody, had developmental disabilities, and his body was found inside their house in the Town of Deer Creek in March of last year.
Prosecutors say Nachtrab texted someone about eight hours before the fire, mentioning lighting the house on fire.
Nachtrab will also spend five years on probation when she’s released.
