The possibilities for the Shipyard project are looking up after losing a major piece to the development on year ago.
Stakeholders in the Broadway District talked about it yesterday. On Broadway Executive Director Brian Johnson says 10 new businesses moved into the overall district last year.
Plans for a ballpark at the Shipyard fell through about a year ago. Green Bay Development Director Kevin Vonck says there are several ideas for the site including an urban beach an athletic field and a container park.
