For the second time in a couple of weeks someone stole a car in the Oshkosh area while taking it for a test drive.
Police say the suspect got the car at a dealership on Jackson Street around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found the car later on S. Washburn Street and the suspect was caught.
The other car theft happened at a different dealership on February 15th. That man was also arrested.
