A home in Neenah could be a total loss, after a fire on the west side Tuesday afternoon.
Two dogs died, after Neenah-Menasha firefighters pulled them from the home on Shannon Street. Ten people were living there, and everyone that was home got out safely.
Chief Kevin Kloehn says the fire started in the basement, and careless smoking could’ve been the cause.
