Temperatures are expected to rise this week and that could lead to flooding.
An expert with the State Commissioner of Insurance believes it’s a good idea to go over your flood insurance. Olivia Hwang says not having insurance can be extremely expensive.
She says only one inch of water can cause up to $25,000 in damage.
She reminds people that most homeowner insurance policies don’t normally carry flood insurance so it’s best to talk with your insurance agent to verify.
