The Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee could be good news for other parts of the state.
Executive Director Amy Albright of the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau says local hotels are already preparing for the event. She thinks they’ll see residual travelers, and people who want to see things like the EAA Museum or Lambeau Field.
Albright says time will tell how big of an impact the convention will have. But she says it’s a big win for the state and for Milwaukee.
