There’s a proposal to turn a stretch of Morrison Street into a two-way road, north of College Avenue.
Traffic Engineer Eric Lom says they plan to make the change sometime this year. He says they want to make it easier for people to get back to College Avenue from the north.
He believes having some one-way streets can cause confusion.
The city council will have to approve the switch. Lom says the on-street parking would stay the same, but they’d just need to change some signs and the paint on the street.
The city is also converting Appleton Street into a two-way road this year.
